I have some gigs coming up soon. I have a J-Station and love it but it isn't practical to use for live work. I'm thinking of purchasing the Digitech RP-200 or RP 100 as they are much more durable and appear to be designed for the stage. Does anyone use a modeler live? If so which one and how does it work out?
I'm concerned with the ease of going patch to patch within a song and also with jumps in volume when I do. Any suggestions? I have a volume pedal but I hate using one, I'd rather have the levels adjusted in the unit.
I'll probably be playing a Les Paul and/or Telecaster through a Fender amp and JBL or EV speaker. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
