A few things to ponder:
What you "can" sing and what you should sing are not always the same thing.
Three octaves is a pretty wide range..... how you are "getting" the high notes makes a huge difference.
As you sing "up" a scale, is there a note where you seem to "shift gears".... or where there is a change in the way your voice is working? What note is that? That is more important than how high you can sing.
Also, defining your voice by type (Bass, Baritone, Tenor, Alto, etc....)
.....is as much "color" (of voice) as it is range.
And.... then there is the question of how old are you? Your age also is an important factor.
An absolute determination would probably be best made by someone that can hear and see you sing.
Short of that, more information would help us to try to help you.
