Earplugs that almost completely block outer voices?
Note: It doesn't have to be a music player's earphone. It can be a piece of cotton plugged into one's ears or stuff like that, but cotton doesn't block the noise.
My intention is:
1, When I sleep in a dormitory room, I won't have to listen to people talking all night.
2, When I am at school, I can ignore SOME teachers' annoying voices.
Don't think it's an easy task. I've tried many hi-tech gadgets(including SONY's Fontopiad sillicon earphones, 4 kinds of earplugs) and none of them can block the sound to a acceptable level. There're effective earplugs intended to protect workers'/heavy metal band performers' ears. But what I want is MORE QUIET than that.
