All Points Bulletin: Looking for sequencer!

I want a sequencer, but I'm a weird person, with weird demands!

This is the features I'm looking for:
- Windows software OR dedicated hardware.
- Pattern based.
- Sync to MTC (or in the hardware case, smart tape sync, like SMPTE, is OK.)
- Be able to turn on and off patterns / channels while running.
- Ability to send program change.
- Storing and sending control data with pattern.

Optional but nice:
- Be able to turn on and off patterns / channels remotely by MIDI.
- Be able to transpose patterns while running, preferrably by MIDI.
- Arpeggiator functionality.

What the...!?!?! You say? Why? Why? Why?
Well, I basically want to be able to have a seqencer that I could run and modify things, turn patterns on and off and all that in a Live situation, for Techno / dnb music.

So, obviously nobody knows of a sequencer that can do this. Tragic.
I'll just have to write my own then. Ah well, that will have to be a project for the winter...
