hey, i'm kind of interested in the tascam vlx5's (i might hold out for bluesky mediadesk 2.1's) though. there's a seller who has them new for about $255 shipped on the bay right now-- any idea how much you're going to ask for them? i'm only asking because i'm planning my last significant gear purchase for the month this weekend, and would consider the tascams if the price is right.

Just some advice, i cant speak for the blue sky media .... monitors but i think they are more expensive (?) anyway the tascam's are very good monitors and i compared them side by side to KRK rp5's and KRK rp8's and the bass response is great, probably cause they are pretty deep. This isnt just a 'selling tactic' and in the end i persume they wont even be sold to someone on here cause most people are American.
Anyway keep them in mind, they are dammnnnn good, you will need a volume control cause these go LOUD!
