I'm thinking of getting a touchscreen all in one computer. I'm running Sonar X Producer, FL studio 9 and a bunch of VST plugins between the two. My thoughts are if a normal desktop could handle roughly similar programs a few years ago an all in one touchscreen with a quad core processor should be able to do the same and perhaps be a more intuitive, comfortable workstation for working with Midi. My main concern is whether the quad core is up to the job? I know its 4 cores but at 2.5GHz with no L3 catch like the higher end Phantom or i7 is it up to the job? Anyone have any experience with the AMD Athlon II X4 620, or all in one touchscreens in general?
