January wont come fast enough for me....thats when ill actually get all that stuff. Loans, aint they grand?

Until then im just happy kickin it with my wife and our dog for the holiday.

Congrats! We just bought 10 acres even FARTHER in the middle of nowhere with a second adjoining 10 in the works. When the house goes up a studio room WILL be added. And maybe even a separate building, just not sure yet. But that is something I really look forward to!
