The first mic is a better mic as far as versatility and smooth response. The second mic is mainly used with movie cameras to record speech. Neither is very good for rap vocals.
 
I have 4 of the PCM6100's. Don't use them for any type of vocals - they're not very good. They're very noisy. Until recently I used them for overheads but I just replaced them.

If you're looking at the Takstar microphones, you're probably not gonna have a budget that can afford an SM7 (correct me if I'm wrong). You're better off with something like an SM58. If you really want a microphone for that price - you're best of getting a Behringer dynamic, or something similar.

Actually the Behringer C1 isn't horrible for the extreme low budget vocal.
 
Knowing how much you intend to spend might help dial it in. We may not be able to tell you the absolute best mic for your voice, but we might be able to point you towards something you can afford that will be useful.
 
naah im not rly considering buyin any of them im gna get a studio projects b3 but i rly wnt to know how u can tell which is better frm the specs
