Yeah, I like the new mix a lot better. On the surface it didn't strike me as hugely different, but then I went back to the 1st version and with the voice in particular, it was quite a change for the better. Still love what was done with the solo section. It sounded even cooler to me this time around.

Hey, thanks. On the previous one, I had this midside compressor preset on the master drum buss - it really brought the drums out - but on this mix I dialled that compressor way down because it was throwing up a kind of high end film of sound that was making it more difficult for other things to get heard.

The 'touch of kermit' version works much better for me - lots of really nice tones on the arrangement, particularly how the backing vocals work with the lead and on the guitars. Cool stuff dobro
