Hi Guys,
Just thought I warn any other potential Fireport owners that happen to be Mac based (OS X)...
I recently ordered a Fireport, after reading on the Alesis site that it now ships with OS X software (not in the UK it seems). I ordered it from Digital Village (DV).
As soon as I realised that the OS X software was missing I phoned up DV who were more than helpful and said they had contacted Ian @ Numark/Alesis UK and he would send the software.
I waited, and waited. Then I phoned Alesis/Numark and they were more than helpful and said the software would go in the post that day.
That was last Thursday and still no f**kin' software
Doesn't customer service mean anything anymore???
Come on Alesis/Numark SORT IT OUT!
