Alan, I need your help

I just dropped my C1!! my fucking mic stand fell as I turned around to shut my monitors.

It still works, but the top metal screen came off and the top portion of the mic, the part above where it says SP C1, is tilted....

What do I do? Can I send it back for repair or I am just shit out of luck?
