Akg C3000b

i used a cheap condenser mic b4, and last week i bought the akg c3000b, it runs very well, but there's a problem, when recording vocal, some words contains "SH" sound, i know i can use the effect to help, but i want to sure did i do sth wrong with it?

dont face the mic directly, get a pop filter.............

pop filter, adjust the db if it's the one 3000 that has the switch and use phantom power
