The best advice i can give you is just to make music the way you feel it should be. If somebody don't like it, oh well. It's your music anyway right? If somebody does like it, good. That means there is someone besides you that likes it. I'm only 20 yrs old but in the time i've been here i've learned alot about life. One of the biggest rules of life is if you worry too much about what others think, you'll find yourself influenced to the point that your life is controlled by the words of everyone else. Make what you wanna make and be happy!! Keep makin beats reek!!

but to say its always fun? nah, its hard a lot of the time.
I hate having deadlines.
I had to write two verses for a recording session the next day, a while back.
Finished at 8 am, fell asleep, woke up an hour later to go to the studio, that wasn't fun.
It's like a relationship. You may love your wife, but you still want to cuss her out every now and then.

Anyway, yeah I hate schedules (when I worked with other studios), but shit has to be done. I hate those times when you got a killer idea in your head but shiht just doesn't translate as well as you wanted it to. I hate making a nice track and then Joe Schmoe who thinks he's fixing to blow hits you up wanting that shit for free. I hate appointments. I hate feeding a dude's ego when you think he's only 1/4 of what he's bragging about (if that) but you're willing to mold him anyway because you think he's got potential with that big head of his.
So yeah when there's love for the game, there's annoyances about the game too instead of pure bred hatred of it. That's what separates a lifestyle from a hobby.
