Advice needed on a 12 (STEREO) channel mixer!

Hello,

Currently I only have a small berhinger mixer, but I need to upgrade to something better.

1) 12 ( or 16) STEREO channel inputs is a must.
2) On board effects (reverb, chorus, etc, would be nice.)
3) Analog
4) Mic inputs / Phantom power is NOT needed.
4) My budget is around $800.00 - $1500.00

Anything in my budget that is any good? Thanks for any advice given.
 
If you need that many stereo channels then you need a 24 or 32 channel board. I would get the biggest Mackie or Soundcraft you can afford.
 
Stereo Mixer

You might take a look at the Allen & Heath 20S. It's not quite what you describe, but it may be closer than anything else. I won't bother to describe it, because A&H does that much better than I ever could at:
