Abbey Road Waves Reel ADT is two modeled tape machines (source and double)—delivering separate saturation, wow & flutter, and pitch fluctuations- creating the impression of two truly distinct vocal tracks - a chorus modulates the delay but doesn’t add saturation or pitch fluctuations - nor the tape influence.

It is... but fairly wide modulation and only two voices. If you have a chorus capable of adjusting parameters to that degree, you could replicate it that way. Otherwise, I wouldn't be surprised if some tape sim plugins have a "doubler" preset. I've got one or two and can check, but I don't use them much for stuff like that.
