adjustable action keyboard?

Hey everybody.

I'm just thinking of possible innovations here and wondering if anyone makes an adjustable action keyboard for studio work? I know a fella that learned on and has only played keys with the organ-like quick action and wants it in his next keys. The only problem is, he also wants to change the weight of the keys to feel more piano-like for other players if one should come in. I told him he's probably looking at two different keyboards but he got me thinking.

Does anyone make a keyboard that can go back and forth between weighted action and standard quick response keys?

i thought so too but I felt maybe my inexperience would prove me wrong.
