Hi,
I use an at3035 (LDC) as a single OH right now, but I plan to advance to stereo drum recording. It's impressive how one mic can sound so good, but the recordings lack space. I love the sound of the one mic, so should I just get another 3035?
I've noticed that a lot of people use SDCs when using stereo overheads. Is there something wrong or difficult about using LDCs in stereo?
Ultimately the plan is to use two OHs and have kick/snare mics.
Thanks,
JD
