So i got this 8 channel AD convertor that has ADAT out...im not gonna say what kind cause ill get flamed. :) Anyway i was thinking it as gonna be easy! I just run ADAT out into my Gina 24 and assign each input accordingly in CEP2. But no!!! CEP2 only allows me to group tracks, so track 1's signal is from digital 1-2, track 2's signal is from digital 1-2, track 3's signal is from digital 2-3, track 4's signal is from digital 2-3, and so on. Why cant each track have its own digital input instead of this paired thing??? I think its time to start using Cubase for me...i know itll let me do it.

To record a stereo source, keep it panned up the middle. That's the way it works my friend.

Yeh like Track said you have to select which side.

So in multitrack view under recording options on each track do this.
Track 1--->ADAT 1 left channel
Track 2--->ADAT 2 right channel
etc etc..

If you want to record stereo. Click stereo instead of left or right.

Tukkis:)
