with a little reverb on that, i could imagine that in a film. cue the scene where someone is walking alone thinking about someone else.
thats a good thing, by the way.
its i nice song

That acoustic guitar is badly out of tune is the first thing i noticed.

I can tell the vocals were done together with a stereo pair because there is alot of room sound in the recording. Is your space like 8x10 ft in size? Just curious if i can guess the size :D.

Man, it's a crying shame the guit's a bit out of tune. Sounds like maybe a capo threw off the low E string. Anyway, it's a minor issue once the vocals start, because that performance is truly special. Did you 2 track it live?

you know, you might be able to cover that guitar a bit if you added another one. I don't know if you have the ability to adjust the git track, but it could come down a db or 2 and still sit nicely, I think.

Again, great vocals.

Well your almost half right. It wasn't a stereo pair, but it's in a 13x16 room that is fairly "dead" sounding.

I think your right about the capo. It was recorded live, but in 4 tracks vocal/vocal/guit mic/guitar DI.

The song has some issues. There is a buzz on the guitar, especially the DI (so I muted that track). It's my brother and his girlfriend, and we are gonna re-record it, and track seperatley to spiff it up.

Also, just wanted to say thanks on the reverb/stereo comments. I don't have a "real" studio to get much real verb, so I have to fake that stuff. :)
