I've been playing the guitar for 12 years now, and since about a month ago I started recording some of the songs I like to play. You can find some of these recordings here:

You'll get much more advice and listens if you post these (one by one) in the Mp3 clinic. I listened to Autumn Leaves and it sounds pretty cool. Never heard the original to compare it to though.
