one question, my panels wouldnt be on the wall all the time so would I need to cover up the back?

When I built mine (using a different method) I covered the back as well. I think if you're going to be moving them around, it's a good idea. The modern stuff is supposedly non-irritant, but who knows what they put in it and you get loads of dust pumping out of the material when it's moved or hit.
