Haha, don't mind the topic. I'm a little delirious and I just checked my email.

5mb 192kbps mp3

How's the recording? I'm not too interested about comments on songwriting, as I didn't write or perform this. But I'll make sure they get heard.

Sounds pretty good to me. Smooth and intimiate. Vocals might be a teensy bit dark, and the "eff" plosives are a bit... plosive.

The line "makes me feel..." makes me cringe every song I hear it in.

Haa. im alwasy getting those fekinn Viagra deals on my email as with bank adverts and software adverts. Im getting sick of them, and the thing is im sure they just keep on making up new email addresses so they cannot be marked as spam!!

Anyway, the song yeah.
Too much compression on the vox maybe. Maybe a little too much 12k boost, could be wrong though its just im sure i can hear some sort of hi end hiss. Could be the compression bringing up the background noise.
The vox dont sit as nice as id like to hear them. Could be in need of a little volume automation.
Guitar sounds nice.

I'd like to add that there's no effects except compression here. I'm still getting the hang of it. But there's no EQ! That's raw, baby!

Nice song. I've heard this singer before here (July 2 according to my mp3 player) and I like his sound. This tune has less of an EQ swell in the lower mids (350 Hz) than the previous one but it's still there IMO. A good multiband comp might do well here if a straight EQ doesn't give you the sound you want. A few vocal intonation problems and some sibilance occasionally. The singer's got a very expressive voice.
