Hi.
I have the new Acid, and I use XP with a Delta 1010LT soundcard, with a SBlive also in my computer. My setup works great in Sonar and Cooledit.
When previewing a wav in the acid explorer, sometimes the loops will not play, and after a minute or so, they will start playing again. Same if I load them into tracks and play. It's like it is having trouble with either the Delta drivers, or XP in some way. In Sonar, I had to switch drivers from the old ME drivers to the WDM or asio, and then my softsynths played good. Is there a similar setting in Acid?
Any ideas. I have a 1.7 gi Celeron CPU, and 512 megs of DDR ram. I am sure I have plenty of power. I have changed the buffer number in the options, and it didn't seem to make any difference.
