Acid Pro

I Tried Fruity loops. It seems simple enough.
I can't seem to figure out Acid pro. Could someone
give me a brief overview of how this thing is suppose
to work?

Pick some loops to use; they get laid out as rows across the interface. Use the pencil tool to draw where the loop is supposed to start in time (moving left to right along the row) and drag to the right until you want it to stop. Drag the ends to lengthen or shorten it, or drag from the middle to move it left or right. The loop events have little notches that show you where they repeat.

Then it starts getting a bit harder to explain -- like how can you make them fade out or in or apply effects and such. Did you try the tutorial material? Check out their website (http://www.acidplanet.com) for some tips and tricks and some free loops and a community of users that maybe can help better than I can.
