How does Pro, compare to rock, hip-hop... and the rest. Does it contain everything the single genre programs have, but includes more editing functions?

It enables the use of effects. It doesn't necessarily have the same loop libraries.

So then to get all the libraries, you'd have to purchase all of the different packages?
