bollocks redux!
Sadly I need to part with some cool things I've been stockpiling.
First off, I have a legit copy of Acid Pro 6.0 Academic that I got off of the TOMB from a member (who also is a TapeOp Contributor) last year. I never installed it and have gone over to Mac since. I've heard that Sony's academic software is upgradeable, but am not 100% certain of it. In any case, I'm offering this up at the zany price of $85 shipped to the US. Comes with the install discs (Acid Pro + Kompakt for Acid Pro) and the manual, but no box.
Next I have a Presonus Faderport-- a very cool mini control surface, with a bitchin' and slightly creepy automated fader. Comes with the box, manual, original driver disc (there have been many updates), Presonus power adapter and USB cable. Also at the up for grabs at the super-wacky price of $85 shipped to the US.
I also have a number of sweet tubes for sale.
I have a well-matched (by emissions) pair of strong, pair of NOS 50's Raytheon Long, Black Plate 12AX7's that I bought a couple of weeks ago for my new LaChapell preamp. These were tested by the seller (a reputable ebay dealer) for emissions, leaks and shorts. These are some of the best US 12AX7's you can get and they rival European tubes. Fortunately/unfortunately I was able to snag a deal on a sweet, but much pricier Mullard square getter, long plate 12AX7 a few days later, which basically means that these are destined to sit around. I would love to keep these, but I need to raise some cash for another purchase. I'm offering these up for $80 shipped to the US for the pair or $42 each, which is a little bit less than I paid. I almost bought one of these from a well-known tube seller for $60 + shipping.
Next I have a brand new, in the box EI Gold Elite 12AX7. These are no longer made. EI bought up Telefunken's old machines and stock and used the machinery to make their own new tubes. These, when available, generally sell for at least $30 + shipping. I'm selling this for $25 shipped to the US.
Finally as far as tubes, I have a matched pair of new, cryogenically treated JJ EL84's, never used and still shrink-wrapped from the dealer. I paid $40 shipped for these (available on ebay for the same price). I'll sell for $32 shipped to the US.
Finally, I have an Audix I5 in excellent condition with all box candy and such. I'm sure I'll end up buying another one of these before too long, but again, I need to raises some cizzash right now. $70 shipped to the US and I'll throw in (i.e. place in the box gently) a drum rim mic mount, which I believe was made by On Stage Stands.
