Acid 6.0 question

ok, so i am now using Acid 4.0( i know hahaha), but i want to get acid 6 for its multi track recording that it now has. right now i ma using Cubase LE to multi track, and then i transfer the waves to acid or soundforge to mix and/or record more single track stuff to. i want to stick with acid because it is what i am used to and do not want to switch to different software.

i am just worried that my mixer will not interface properly with the software for multitrack recording. i have an alesis multimix 16 firewire. does any one else run this set-up or have any of you before? any input on this would be very helpfull to me.

you should be fine

acid 6.0d works great for me. the a version didn't do the multitracking very well for me...but as long as your asio driver is fine with another program it should be good.
