Acid 3.0 vs Vegas audio!

What is the difference between the two?

Which one is better for music recording and wav use/editing?

What is it that make them so different from each other that Sonic Foundry deceided to make them into two different music programs?

Is one of them easier to use?

Acid is for loop based music, Vegas Audio more for actual sound recording + track editing and FX etc. I use Vegas Audio for all my Editing (along with Sound Forge) and find it very easy to use and untill recently never crashed.

i know cross posting is not allowed but i did not mean to post the other one. if you look at it its just a part of a sentence. i thought i had deleted it but obviosly i hadnt and now i cant remove it cause to much time has elapsed. sorry about that.
