accidental erasure of TOC

Help! I accidentally erased the TOC of a mini-disk I recorded in my Sony Walkman MZ-R70. I have not done anything to the disc since - I have not recorded over it. Any way to recover my audio???

i'm a noob too but i don't think so...i've done the same on my Yamaha MD8 and it was gone..hard to swallow my friend but likely true...if there does happen to be any vets out there with more knowledge then me then please learn us...
