Just got a Korg MS2000 to play with until I have made up my mind , cant wait to finish work and go set it up ;)
 
KOOL!!!

I like the MS2000, nice solid feel, and decent sounds.

If your after FAT basses, the MS2000 is the synth for you.
And one can hardly argue that having a routing schematic printed right on the front of the keyboard is anything but Excellent!!! And all those knobs too!!! :)
 
Well i just spent a few hours playing with the MS2000 and had a blast with it. Its so easy to use, feels much more like the analogues of old :D

Got some really nice slow melodies going with a vocal choir sound on the vsynth and a layed string sound triggered on the MS2000 from the vsynth using a midi patch cable.

I am suprised at what the MS2000 can do considering its price tag , its really cheap for the features. Only small critisism is the keyboard. It feels a little unresponsive but its not bad.The keys dont feel as positive as my rolands.

Also i dont like the ac adapter thing , i like ac cords going to the equipment.

Some of the factory presets are actually not crap :eek: I am going to keep a few of them for my own use but i will ditch the others ;)
