Aardvark??

They do not answer their phones or emails. Are they out of business???

I have a thread about this in the Cakewalk "Gear" forum at cakewalk's site:
http://www.cakewalk.com/forum/tm.asp?m=278133

I have sent Aardvark a few emails, all returned, and they don't answer their phones and their voicemail boxes are too full to allow you to leave a message. I hope they're *NOT* out of business, as I love their cards (I have a DP 2496), but I have never experienced such bad support from them.

I will be sad if they're gone... :(

Aardvark out of business

I'll answer my own question here. Considering their website is gone and their phone is disconnected, it appears this company is defunct. That's a shame, because they made great audio cards. I wonder who can now fix these things if they break or if they will just have to be trashed. Anybody know anything about what happened to them??

Their web site still works for me, but emails bounce back and the phone is a no-go...

The rumor, at least in other forum traffic here, is that they bellied-up. Sorry to see it happen cuz I sure like my Aark24.

It's been an underground "rumor" long enough for me to sell my DP 2496 and pick up an E-MU 1820M. :D

That's sad. I have a little Aardvark USB interface that I just love for it's ease of use. For what it is, it's a great product.
