Aardvark finally released their Windows 2000 drivers, and I've been trying to get everything playing nice on Win2k for a few days.
Everything seems "relatively" ok, except that I am having trouble with media players. Windows Media Player is REALLY slow - it takes about 5 seconds of freezing the system to load a song, and then once it's playing, it's the same thing to use any control - stop, pause, etc.
So, I've been trying some other media players. J. River Media Jukebox works pretty well, but has a few glitches here and there. I could try Winamp, but I was looking for an all-in-one solution for audio, video, etc.
I think this is all due to the Aardvark's drivers not quite playing nice with everything but I dunno.
Anyone else using a similar setup that could offer suggestions on a media player, etc.?
