I recieved the aardvark 24/96 from ebay as a christmas gift a week
and a half ago...but before i got it, i was in the middle of recording
my band, and i recorded drums and bass so far with my Sound Blaster
Audigy 2 ZS soundcard i have in my computer and my 6 channel
Fender SR6325 PA head hooked to it.
By my suprise it came out very clear and full..Not the greatest but
not the worst, but then again i am recording in a basement and
have no recording experience what so ever, i usually understand
things as i go, and usually don't ask for help But now all i have left
to record is vocals and guitar/distortion. We have more of
a glassjaw/deftones distortion which seems to be a real b*tch to record.
When i recieved the aardvark it came with a manual....But the
manual doesn't tell you much, as how to use it? what you need other
than what you recieve to hook it up and record? so i am oblivious on
how i can use this nifty little box. They give you a big sound card plug
to hook to the aardvark sound card...but i don't know if that even lets
you record it to the computer... i think i still need to run RCA Jacks
from it....
So if anyone could maybe give me a step by step instruction as to
how i can use it...It would be much appreciated...Thanks
