a short music!

hi!
just bought a new mic for a month and still trying to get a sound I want.
I made a short demo to test it on both acoustic guitar and vocal.
what do you guys think about it?

about the mixing,I think my ears are not working now after a few hrs mixing work.
my friend after listened it and told me it's still lacking of something.
he just said it's still not like listening a CD music.
can anybody tell what it lacks?How can I make it more real or close to CD?

I think the vocal tracks have good presence to them, I'd probably dry up the snare a little, bring out the bass guitar alittle and set the lead deeper into the mix.

Sounds like the acoustic has a little timing issue to start out with also....did you do two tracks or just delay one of them slightly?

All of this of course is my opinion, but to be fair, I need to listen at home in my studio instead on headphones...but then again....a well balanced mix will sound good on cheap headphones too...
