I saw something about those a while back, looks like a good enough mic to me... I don't think I would shell out for it though.

Those mics wholesale from China for under $100.
CAD was the first to bring them to market, the Trion (8000, I think).
They're being blown at various places for much less than some company ridiculously named Newmann (makes me think of Newman from Seinfeld).
They should have named their company Nuemann
