Okay.. Typing while listening.

First impression - The frequency response and dynamics need some checking. I think you pumped lows&highs too much while mastering. I suggest you go with less "smiley" EQ. Also please give me bit more dynamics.. It is extremely squashed... Dude, your overal RMS is -9!

Overall tje mix is quite nice. Can't really find anything else very distracting.. Can't comment the highs or extreme lows due that crappy 128kbps mp3. Try at least 256kbps.

Try to ease the master limiter and EQ bit. Also try to give 256kbps mp3, much easier to point out things from it. Do those and lets see what comes out ;)

thanks alot

I did it in a rush, have the default mp3 quality set to 128

I hear what you're saying about the limiter, i've fixed that now :p

Will fudge about with the EQ tomorrow and repost, along with another song.

This song kicks fuckin' ass.

Thanks - nice panning. I like a little less reverb on the lead vocs. I'd copy the chorus vocs and pan them across the spectrum to give the chorus more "weight".

Great song. .

Hey Supercreep....first time i've came across this ....how would you go about panning across the spectrum ???

Love the song Cobaltblue btw

I can't listen to this cause I'm at work, but supercreep just means making a few extra tracks for vocals, copy the original vocal onto them, and then panning each track differently. You could go extreme and pan one hard left, one hard right, and keep the main one in the middle. Or if that conflicts with something else, just keep them close to the middle, one at 1 o'clock left, the other at 1 o'clock right, for example.

Yip sounds real good. Kinda misleading at the start of the song where you can hear someone sitting in a seat and the kinda raw guitar comes in, but sounds awsome when it kicks in.
The reverb on the vox is a bit too noticeable at the quieter parts, i would lessen the reverb time a little bit. The kik drum is burried alot of the time but the snare is cool i think. Nice guitar panning at the end reminds me of a chili peppers production where the guitars are panned so far out.
