-I also have instrumentals and other freestyles I created on there, all feedback or comments on my work are appreciated.
This is a link to a couple of my freestyles, Im using an Mbox 2(LE 8) on a Mac G5, Any advice on what I could do to make it sound better is highly appreciated. I usually record main vocals, overdub the vocals than create a duplicate of the overdub. I usually compress all the vocals by turning up the gain a little bit and turning the thresh-hold down(-19 to -25db), then giving it a fast attack(30-40 ms) and semi fast release(about 2-300 ms). And sometimes I use the 7 band EQ and turn the low end down 2-3 db and turning the high end up 2-3db. Any advice?
