does anyone know of/use a good multiple output s'card....preferably 24 or more outs??!!

Thanks...

You can chain up to 4 C-Ports together (32 ins, 32 outs) - better have a FAST CPU though...

I believe you can do the same thing with the MOTU's.

I'm pretty sure you can stack up to 4 Delta 1010s for a total of 32 outs plus MIDI or SPDIF. Same comment though, better have a FAT machine to run a setup like that ;)

One MOTU core 1296 and a 1296 unit would give you 24 24/96 gozintas and gozoutas.

thanks guys...the machine is pretty "scarry" the way it is now ;) and I'm planning on upgrading it as well....so I should be rockin'..thanks for the input

I do. It rocks for my set up. In the beginning I used it with Type II ADATs and a BRC. Now I've added a HD24 and use the MOTU to do real time transfers in and out of the computer. Also the whole system is clocked with a Lucid GenX6. The converters on the 8 analog ins and outs are OK, I feel the HD24's are better but that's just my opinion.

I second the MOTU 2408 vote.
YOu can hook three of them together for amazing 72 channel simultanious interface. That's quite a few:D
