I've got pigeons. They are everywhere. I am going to get a BB gun. I can't get rid of them. All over the house. Anyway if you want them please come and get them. :p

HEY!!!...not to say, we don't want to hear your vaulties...
My point was, move forward, young man....you'll only get better.

btw...a crow, via a pitch shift can make some pretty neat teradactyl (sp?) sounds....

by the way...how is that QS serious (alesis' keyboard). I've been thinking about buying one of those, i LOVE the sound they give. you recorded it direct in right?

maxc-thanks for the listen, your right about the noise in the intro, I hope to maybe redo this song and fix it, and also add more sounds..... I have listened to your songs and I really like them. I'll post comments in your thread.


shackrock- thx man. The Alesis Qs6 is a great synth with the exp. cards...this tune was mostly the Roland JV 10-10, but if you want to hear something that was almost all the Alesis, check out a tune called 'cruise' It's not on nowhere right now but it's here www.mp3.com/samicide also a tune called 'the hole situation'
The reason why I bought the Alesis is because I have never heard another keyboard (in similar price range) that has the same 'beefy pipe organ sound ' as the sound used at the beginning of 'cruise'

Incredible! That was something. I would like to know what keyboards you were using,they sound really good. what are you using for sounds?
 
thanks Satch, (cool name), that was mostly a Roland JV-1010. I also added a bit from an Alesis QS6.1. I hardly altered the sound except for some minor compression and e.q. I layered some of the voices also. thx for the comments

typin as I listen...really cool intro of evilness...i noted someone said something about Diablo, I must concur. Nice heavy drums and guitars...love the drums...I like this kinda music...nice and eerie intros (second song now)heavy in there....ahh kick ass drums! ...groovy the moving bass...I really like the medievelisgh interlude(organ)then into the guitar part nice combo the song changes pretty good there...hehe I like how this guiter riff( heavy part same as the beginning) kinda seems so heavy it trip's on itself...nice fadeout..is that an atari 2600 video game effect?...cool :D...i finally get to hurt you...thats an awesome lead into that line...it's kindof happy spooky...it makes me want to kill em...these are really cool lyrics man...wtf is this no kiddin!! ...I think from hearing this I can say that there all solid tunes keep it goin!!!
 
I'd like to hear what the rest of your setup is, what do you use for guitar?
 
Welp, I just got high speed internet and now I can hear some music. I was looking at the page and I saw B.SABBATH and I had to make this my first.

That was totally cool man! I'm listening to your other songs right now and they're very good too. I'll be waiting before I put my stuff up because it doesn't sound that good yet. I listened to all three of your songs on nowhereradio and I liked them all. Do you have any others?

badassmak - thanks for checking out some other tunes too. I never played 'Diablo.' My favorite video games of all time are "Resident Evil" and "Metal Gear." As far as the lyrics go on 'the hole situation,' no I'm not serious, I just like to pretend. I'm glad you were able to understand what I was going for on that tune. Some people don't get the 'happy and spooky' vibe of it. Thanks for your comments, they are appreciated.

the Steve Vai 'Bad Horsie' Wah pedal.
E-Bow etc.

My guitars are all cheap imitations that I put expensive pickups in, and they're all tuned different. B-flat, E-flat, C#, 440, dropped

My 5 string Bass is tuned a half step down. A#

Wow! That's a lot of different things. I listened to'cruise' and that had some nice guitar and synth's I enjoyed that a lot. I'm going to put up something in maybe 2 weeks. What did you use for cruise?
