Welcome to the jungle.
A band of friends.
I Engineered / mixed / mastered at my studio in Portland, Oregon.

Let me know what y'all think about the production.

I will be recording them again (new album) at the end of this year.
I'd like to hear your opinions, maybe stuff I should change or do differently (as the Eng /mix / masterer) on the future album.

Artist name: Wide Eye Panic
Album name: Distorted View

AAAAARRG, MySpace destroyes mixes. From what I can tell, it's not too bad. I don't have the time to listen thoroughly, but off the bat, the distorted guitar seems a little too harsh; maybe compress them a bit more. Seems like the right channel is worse than the left. Otherwise, the overall mix isn't too bad. Again, when music is uploaded onto MySpace, you loose a lot of the crucial frequencies, aka, downgraded-poopyness.

Yeah I know about the sound quality issue with myspace. You can download the MP3 for a slightly better version than the integratedplayer uses.
They don't have any other music on the net, I could ask them if I can host my own mp3's.

Yes. Guitars are definately one of the things I want to change a bit on the new album. They are both really into Dimebag and have a ton of upper-mid frequencies.
