I have built some guitar equipment that I want to make some single track demo clips of. I have an old 4 track cassette recoder by tascam. A stereo RCA cable is running from the lineouts on the mixer to the line in jack on my creative labs SB live sound card(came with computer), via a stereo RCA-stereo 1/8".
Its working, but it sounds bad.
(pardon the sloppy playing)
The guitar tone sounds alot less "chainsawy" IRL.
I'm recording a small tube amp with an "AV-Pro DM-579" unidirectional mic. Using Acoustic Labs Mixer as the recording program ( http://www.acoustic-labs.com/mixer.html ) .
Can someone help me turn off the chainsaw??
Thanks
K
