Here we go. ;)

I think it's about time for a Bass V-Amp ProII. If they can fix the delay when switching patches it just might be usefull live.

I think they will probably rip off the Firepod and maybe even make their own DAW software. Who knows?

80?!?

that's a lot.

i'm not a huge fan of behringer though...

yeah-- quantity not quality. it's been a while since i've seen any good-natured behri-bashing here, so i thought this would be a great excuse to open it up. full disclosure though, i do own, use and dig a beri to800 (tube screamer ripoff) :o

copy of anything new from say 6-18 months ago would be my guess...

My wild guesses:

PC/Mac computer interface, PCIx or IEEE 1394.
Ribbon mic
Electronic drums (or maybe even acoustic)
And new revisions of the current lineup.

But I doubt the quality (design or craftsmanship) will be any better than the usual Behringer.

nice-- thanks for playing. :D
they have a firewire interface already! i don't think they'll do pcix though-- a little too cutting edge (i.e. costly production-wise)
i wouldn't be surprised to see a rip of the toneport, or the saffire/0404usb/inspire kind of interface though.
beri electronic drums would actually be interesting if they didn't suck ass.
the ribbon mic thing is already so played out-- i doubt they could swing a better deal or make production cheaper than the alctron rebrands (nady, ppa, apex, cascade, avant, etc. etc.) already out there.

i say a more advanced interface, than the FCA202 and the usb one, something like a maudio 14/18 or 410 rip off.

maybe some vdrums. they did do piano's last year.

new power amp lines.

replacement for the ole' ADA8000 which is the best berry product IMO.

another stab at a digital mixer?

new monitors? TRUTH replacements possibly.

err... who cares what else??

the only thing i would by from behringer now is maybe a USB guitar.. that looks cool for $100. other than that, i don't want any more berry anywhere in the studio.

probably a lot of stuff that starts with ULTRA and ends with PRO.

I think they are due for a behringer Ultrapro 5 million Keytar...

damn...that's a lot of reverse engineering

hopefully there's a cheap-o control surface in there that manages to be a step above the POS they have out there right now

I wonder if they have that job title? That would be sweet to put "Reverse Engineer" on your resume. ;)

I'll bet they only hire wives to do that job since they are experts at doing things ass backward. :D
