788 Fried!!! Anyone have any experience?

Have my 788 collecting dust for a couple years now...

Had it runnning in my studio back then-- when I walked in it was off. I hit the power button, it seemed like it started to fire up-- the screen flashed, and then it went dead. Hoped it was the power supply, but took it into the local music store and tried a working power supply. Still didn't fire up at all...

Finally took it apart tonight hoping there was a fuse I could replace (wishful thinking I know, but I REALLY want to record!!!)... there wasn't.

Anyone have any insight or possibly have had the same problem?

Hi,

I'm sorry for not having the ansewr to your problem but wonder if you'd be kind enough to help me out!

I'm having trouble with effects on my 788. No problem with Effects 1, or using Effects 2 as dynamics proc. but how the **** do I enable other effects on effects 2??????
