703 in england ??

what is the english version of this or can you buy this in england ?
or is it just a case of going down to wikes or b&q and buying compressed insulation.
all the info i've read on the 703 says it comes in 4" thick,i have not seen any rigid insulation in england that thick.

so where do i buy my insulation in the uk?

Travis perkins sell a product called rocksilk. The thickness varies but I know it comes in 100mm (approx. 4").
