did you use the technique that ive been talking about where ya mute the toms and then reverb??


did ya do that on the snare too?

Hi there, I muffeled everything like a mad man the kick was filled with coushins and sutch the the snares and toms were heavily muffled "read taped with dampers" I use remo`s stuff wich I find very use full.

Then NO reverb what so ever was added, the room is damped as good as I can I dont have a proffesional seup with bass traps and all.
But I rely on carpets and lots of em`.

One more thing, every drum is tune very low, extremly low.

they do sound good for the 70's stuff

but they arent what im really looking for but i think if i add reverb they'de be perfect
