what would you guys say .. 400 bucks for OHs ?

They're both nice---personally I prefer the C4 set.
There are a lot of options at $400 if you want to use ldc mics as overheads . . .

The c1000 is a little harsh but still ok if you can find them cheap. I wouldn't buy one new. The senn 614 is warm I find it to be better for acoustic guitar and the like. The studio projects that someone had mentioned are good as well but I still think the rode mics are a little smoother
