Hello there!

Okay, the newbie here...in part from all of you who have encouraged me and responded with some great technical feed back from my original post, I have been watching some videos and practicing here and there where possible...albeit usually in my car >_<

here is a track that is a quite a bit longer than my original upload for critique of my voice...i tried to get a feel for my "chest voice" as many on forums have suggested. With this recording i did two takes and layered them...apologize for the crackling of the recording its a super cheap mic and im still getting used to recording, editing, and singing, yikes! :P

enough babbling, here is the link:

as per usual, suggestions away! like it? hate it? be honest, I can take it! thank you for listening and responding ^_^

Wayyyyy too much reverb and why is there 15 seconds of silence at the beginning?

Hey Slingblade? "as per usual, suggestions away! like it? hate it? be honest, I can take it! thank you for listening and responding ^_^ "

She's looking for honest responses...

Not ready for Prime Time doesn't mean never will be. Singing is not easy, it takes a combination of natural ability/talent, and practice exploiting that. I'm not a fan personally of "participation trophies..." They just had the Olympics in England? The best compete... And they don't give participation trophies, they give 1. Gold, 2. Silver, 3. Bronze.

Since when is "hey moron" a question? I simply thought that you could have used a touch of couth but your response is only proving my earlier claim so flame on.

I can hear the push of your chest voice so bravo there. The song sounds a little low for your full out chest but I get the idea.
