25 Watt Celestions VS. 75 Watt Celestions

I'm thinking about replacing all four. I've had that Marshall 4x12 for 18 years and never touched the speakers. They are probably due for new speakers.

I dont even like Celestions, but the Vintage 30 is the one Celestion speaker that I feel good about recommending. They cost more though, but only for marketing reasons.

You really should do some home work on wiring speakers and matching the ohms load to your amps output. Replacing speakers is a piece of cake. Getting into the cab will be the hardest part, some of those cabs were not made to be opened up.....

But dont spend all that money hiring an amp tech to do it for you. If you watched him do it and saw how easy it is, then looked at the bill he gives you, you'll forever wonder why you didn't do it yourself.
