I believe all the Otaris have XLR, console or not. The high-end Revox machines do, such as the 2-track C270 and the PR99. You could probably upgrade a B77 using the appropriate PR99 parts, since they seem to be the same basic system.

i think the otari's are XLR, but unbalanced. I had a 42 for a couple days and I think it had XLR's but I don't remember.
