2 Pro Audio 9 questions

Hi there; I have PA9 and have 2 questions that have been bugging me:

1. How do you convert a midi track into one that can be exported like a wav file can?
2. How can you see what settings you used in a effect after you close the effect box and then return to it?

re question 2 - the effect should still be set at the setting you were using if it is still active - otherwise you must save the setting using the save setup. ( see help)
